Join us for a peaceful Yin yoga practice outdoors in the beautiful Oregon summer. Deep stretching and long holds help calm your nervous system, while gentle guidance and a soothing sound bath help settle your mind. Give yourself the gift of a restorative evening and maybe make a few new friends. Sessions will be held at a private residence in Bethany; the exact location will be sent upon registration. Everyone is welcome. Classes are accessible, with modifications offered and props used liberally. Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel for use on the grass, and dress in comfortable layers.
